At our firm, we’ve made communication a top priority. In fact, we take pride in our commitment to providing you with world class customer service through a variety of different communicative channels. Here are just some of the ways we stay in contact with you.

Quarterly Update Calls – You can expect one of our advisors to contact you at least every three months to update you on any recent changes to the portfolios and to answer any questions you might have regarding your account.

Quarterly Teleseminars – We encourage you to participate in our quarterly teleseminars. This forum is an excellent opportunity for you to hear Doug’s latest outlook on the markets, learn which investments we are currently favoring and which we plan to avoid, and find out what actions steps we’re taking within each of our portfolios.

Exclusive Management Memo – Each month, we mail you an exclusive client-only newsletter that includes a recap on the market action from the previous month, changes made to the various portfolios, and important updates that you need to know.

Monthly Performance Reporting – Along with our client management memo, we also mail custom performance reports that show you the percentage change of your account year-to-date, and that provide a breakdown of any changes that occurred during that period. This report keeps you up to date on all of the changes we’ve made, and it lets you know exactly where you stand and how you got there.

Portfolio Rebalancing Emails – Whenever we buy or sell an investment in any of our model portfolios, we email you and let you know why we made the change, and what our strategy is going forward.

Annual Portfolio Review – On the anniversary of your start date with the firm, we mail you a brief survey to determine if there have been any changes to your financial picture. We then schedule a 45 minute meeting with one of our principals to review the past year’s portfolio performance, update your investment objectives, and discuss the coming year’s goals.
